Online and Phone OCD Support Groups

For many years, a small group of dedicated volunteers have been managing dozens of online support groups covering many different OCD and OC related disorders topics.  All groups are moderated and occasionally visited by therapists who treat OCD and OC related disorders.  A Yahoo! login is required to participate in all but one of the groups.

Replacing a previous online Yahoo! group for teens with OCD, the new OCDSupportforTeens is for anyone aged 12-20 who has OCD or knows a teen who has OCD and would like to seek help and support. The group is led by Lisa Mueller, a teen with OCD, with contributing moderators Wendy Mueller, a parent of an OCD teen, and Jon Hershfield, MFT, a CBT therapist from the OCD Center of Los Angeles, who treats kids, teens and adults with OCD.
