Whether you live near our national headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts or in a completely different country, there are plenty of ways to help the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) further its mission. Below are just a few examples of what you can do to help.

Translate our educational materials into another language
At the IOCDF Annual Conference
Volunteer as a room monitor
Volunteer to help the art therapists in our Youth Hospitality & Art Rooms
Solicit corporate support for the conference

On a Local Level
Contact a
local affiliate and ask how you can help (examples of activities could include assisting with a local fundraiser, helping with mailings, etc.)
Start an affiliate if none exist nearby
Become an active member in an existing support group
Start a support group in your area
Organize and host a local fundraiser (walks, bike rides, tag sales, etc.)
