Intensive Treatment Programs

• Serving children, adolescents and adults
• 4 hours per day, five days per week
• Average length of program 4-6 weeks
• Total capacity is 8

• 45-50 minute sessions and/or 75-80 minute sessions
• Frequency of sessions can range from one to five times per week, depending on the needs of the client

• Group Therapy available - Cognitive Behavior Therapy group and several support groups (OCD, Social Anxiety, Trichotillomania, Skin Picking, Nail Biting)
• Crisis intervention available
• Treatment for co-morbid conditions available
• We work with most major insurance companies. If you are living in California, most clients who enter our program fall under the Parity Law, which entitles them to specialized treatment services and coverage from their insurance company. For those traveling from out of town, we work to obtain insurance payment based on the limited number of facilities providing this level of care. We are not Medi-cal, Medi-care, or Medi-caid providers. We also accept self-pay.
• Housing available
• The ATC offers phone consultations for those who do not have treatment providers in their area who specialize in treating anxiety/related conditions.

Program Summary:

Adult, adolescent, and child services available
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Traditional Outpatient services available                       

Treatment for Comorbid conditions
A separate program for OCD clients

Full Census for the IOP is 12
Average length of stay for the IOP is 12-16 weeks

Self Pay only

• Separate tracks for adults, adolescents (13-19) and kids (2-12)
• Length of the program is 3-10 weeks
• Daily, individual, 90 minute sessions
• Total capacity of the program is 75

• Frequency of visits, length of sessions, and length of treatment are all individually tailored to the needs of the client.
• Separate tracks for adults, adolescents (13-19) and kids(2-12)
• Average length of the program is 12-14 sessions (but can go longer)
• Once to twice a week individual, 90 minute sessions
• Total capacity of the program is uncapped
