The BTTI is an in-depth, three-day intensive training course in Cognitive Behavior Therapy for mental health professionals who are treating individuals with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and OC Spectrum Disorders. Who Attends the BTTI?

Any licensed mental health professional who currently treats OCD or OC related disorders. Therapists who are new to the field of CBT for OCD and those who have been treating anxiety disorders for decades both benefit greatly from the BTTI. Please note the following:
  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Registration is limited to professionals only.
  • Preference will be given to providers who are licensed to practice psychotherapy independently. If you are unlicensed and/or require supervision, you will be wait-listed until September 3rd, at which point you will be able to register if spots are still available.
  • If you live on the west coast or are unable to register for the Boston BTTI before it sells out, within the next couple of weeks we will open registration for our first 2011 BTTI, which will take place at UCLA (in Los Angeles, CA) on February 25-27, 2011.

Who Makes Up the BTTI Faculty?

The faculty of each BTTI is made up of some of the most experienced and well-respected OCD therapists in North America. The faculty members for this BTTI will be posted soon.

How Much Does the BTTI Cost?

The cost of registration is $300 for all three days. This fee includes the cost of continuing education credits and lunch on the third day. When you register for the BTTI, you are automatically registered for CE credits. If cancellation is made by September 3rd at 5pm (EST), the cost of the workshop will be refunded minus a $100.00 processing fee. After 5pm on September 3rd no refunds will be issued.

How Can I Register to Attend the BTTI?

People will be added to the wait list in the order in which such requests are received. Are Continuing Education Credits Offered?

Yes. Continuing education credits are offeredfor psychologists, social workers, andmental health counselors.

This program is sponsored by the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), Inc. This program has been approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (Provider #SP-1737). Course meets the qualifications for 21 hours of continuing education credit for MFCCs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (Provider #PCE 4422). Renewal application has been made to the National Association of Social Workers for 21 continuing education contact hours. IOCDF is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. IOCDF maintains responsibility for this program and its content. For continuing education certificates requested after the end of the BTTI, there will be a $25.00 processing fee.
